Are PPV OKTAGON tournaments included in the subscription?
Subscriptions only include tournaments from partner organisations such as Heroes Gate, DFN, Titan Fight Night, Boxing in Lucerna and the Spanish Strikers Cage Championship. OKTAGON tournaments are charged separately.
Can I watch the broadcast on two devices at the same time?
No, a user may be logged in on one device at a time.
Will the broadcast be available on SmartTVs or gaming consoles?
At this time we do not support these types of devices.
Will I be able to view the broadcast once it has finished?
You can watch recorded versions of tournaments after they've ended.
Can I watch the broadcast while I’m abroad?
Yes, our CDN servers are located all over the world and configured for easy access by our viewers. The broadcast itself is not geo-blocked.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. If you purchase a monthly subscription, you can easily cancel it any day before the next billing date. So if you purchase a subscription on March 1, 2022, you can cancel without charge on March 2, 2022, with all content available to you until April 1, 2022. To cancel your subscription, go to www.oktagon.tv and click on the cancel button.
My account is inactive / I can’t see the message with the activation link
If the service requires that a new account is activated, an email with an activation link will be sent to the email address during the registration process. Check the Spam folder if you cannot see the message. It may take up to 20 minutes for the email to arrive. To receive the link again you need to attempt logging in. If the account is inactive the log in screen will give you the option to request for the link to be sent again.
I have made the purchase. Will I now receive an email with the link to the stream?
Attention! It may take up to an hour from the time of payment for the license to be granted. If you still do not receive the license after that time, you may refresh the information manually by pressing Refresh data button in the Account -> Licenses tab or by logging in again.
I can't remember the password.
Use the function “retrieve password” and remember to check the Spam folder. If you do not receive an automatically generated email message, contact us and will will try to reset your password.
I can’t see anything during broadcast
If no picture is visible during the broadcast (black screen) but you can hear sound and the control buttons are visible, you need to check that your device meets the technical requirements. You can also open the stream in another browser or disconnect the external monitor if you are using one.
What do I do if the broadcast is choppy?
Zkontrolujte, zda je vaše připojení dostatečné pro streamování. To lze provést spuštěním testu rychlosti na http.//www.speedtest.net/ . Aby vysílání fungovalo správně, potřebujete stabilní rychlost připojení 10 Mbps. Vypněte AdBlocker. Restartujte internetový prohlížeč a pokud to nefunguje, zkuste použít jiný internetový prohlížeč. Resetujte svůj domácí router. Pokuste se zlepšit pokrytí wifi nebo vyhledejte jinou internetovou síť. Připojte se k náhradnímu vysílání, pokud je k dispozici.
I have problem with casting to Chromecast
Chromecast and device (computer, mobile) has to be connected to the same network. You can cast to Chromecast only from Chrome browser. Sometimes the Chrome browser cannot find Chromecast even if both devices are connected to the same network. Solution is to disconnect your device from internet and connect again (or restart your device) to start casting. Apple devices do not support Chromecast. If you lock your phone screen, casting will be disconnected
How do I lodge a complaint?
Complaints may be filed using the form available in your account tab. Account -> Contact -> Display contact form. The supplier will review the complaint without delay and respond within fourteen days at the most, by sending a message to the email address given in the contact form.

Smart TV devices
We do not currently guarantee the quality of streams to Smart TVs. If possible, please run a test on the intended device prior to purchasing a license.
